1. HOW YOU CAN USE THE TASVEEK HYPERMARKET WEBSITE
1.1 The Tasveek app is provided as a technology platform that connects users with independent third-party merchants such as restaurants, grocery stores, and retailers (�Merchants�), and independent delivery partners (�Delivery Partners�).
1.2 Tasveek does not prepare, sell, or deliver products directly. Merchants are responsible for product quality, preparation, and safety, while Delivery Partners are responsible for the delivery service.
1.3 Using the Tasveek app means you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. REGISTRATION
2.1 To register and use the Tasveek app, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
2.2 You must ensure that all details provided during registration or at any time thereafter are accurate, current, and complete.
2.3 Tasveek reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts if incorrect information is provided.
3. SECURITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
3.1 When creating an account on the Tasveek app, you may be required to verify your phone number or email address using an OTP verification process.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and login information.
3.3 Tasveek will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to failure to protect your login information.
4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
4.1 When you place an order through the Tasveek app, it is considered an offer to purchase products from the Merchant.
4.2 Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by the Merchant.
4.3 Tasveek will notify you through the app when your order has been accepted and confirmed by the Merchant.
4.4 Once an order is confirmed, it may not be possible to cancel it, and cancellation charges may apply.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
5.1 All product prices displayed on the Tasveek app are determined by the Merchant.
5.2 All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and may include applicable taxes.
5.3 Delivery fees may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
5.4 Payments for orders are processed through the app�s secure payment gateway.
5.5 By placing an order, you authorize Tasveek to charge the selected payment method for the full order amount.
6. DELIVERY
6.1 Delivery services are provided by independent Delivery Partners.
6.2 Any delivery time displayed in the app is an estimated time only and may vary due to:
Traffic conditions
Weather conditions
Merchant preparation time
Order volume
Other unforeseen circumstances
6.3 Tasveek is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside its control.
6.4 If a delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the user (for example incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or absence at the delivery location), the order may be cancelled without refund.
7. REFUNDS AND DISPUTES
7.1 Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7.2 If there is a problem with your order (such as wrong items, missing items, or damaged goods), you must contact Tasveek customer support immediately.
7.3 Supporting evidence such as photos or order details may be required.
7.4 Refunds may be issued as full or partial refunds depending on the circumstances.
7.5 Refunds may be issued in cash or through the original payment method, depending on the situation.
8. USER CONDUCT
8.1 You agree to use the Tasveek app only for lawful and personal purposes.
8.2 You must not use the platform for:
Illegal activities
Fraudulent transactions
Attempting to access other systems without permission
Interfering with the functionality of the Tasveek platform
8.3 Users may submit ratings and reviews. You are solely responsible for any content you submit.
8.4 Content must not be:
Defamatory
Offensive
Illegal
Violating intellectual property rights
8.5Tasveek reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
9.1The Tasveek platform connects users with independent Merchants and Delivery Partners.
9.2 Tasveek is not responsible for the actions, quality, or services provided by these third parties.
9.3 Any disputes between users and Merchants or Delivery Partners must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10.1 All content within the Tasveek app, including logos, designs, trademarks, graphics, and software, is the property of Tasveek or its licensors.
10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Tasveek platform without prior written permission.
11. AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE
11.1 Tasveek strives to ensure the app operates smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
11.2 We may temporarily suspend or limit access to the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or security purposes.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 The Tasveek platform is provided on an �as is� and �as available� basis.
12.2 Tasveek shall not be liable for:
Direct or indirect losses
Incidental or consequential damages
Delays or failures caused by third parties
12.3 Tasveek is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by Merchants.
13. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
13.1 Tasveek reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms and Conditions.
13.2 Suspended accounts may lose access to certain features or services on the Tasveek platform.
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
14.1 Tasveek may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

14.3 Continued use of the Tasveek platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Tasveek platform shall be resolved in the courts of Qatar.
